About Ruth Navarro

Ruth's mission is to equip women with the mindset, skills, and strategies needed to lead with compassion, purpose, and confidence. With over 18 years of experience in the Army, a background in corporate America, and the perspective that comes with being a mom, she understands leadership from multiple angles. She helps women break through self-doubt, embrace their strengths, and lead with intention and authenticity—both in their careers and in their everyday lives.
